For women who have spent years meeting expectations and are now ready to intentionally design their next chapter.

You followed the rules.

You built the career, raised the family, and carried the responsibilities.

Now a new question is quietly waiting: What is your life supposed to look like next?

Starting from birth, my daily life was planned:  Feedings, diaper changes, clothes, enrichment and household environment.  Once I started elementary school – curriculum, play time, lunch time and nap time.  There were no negotiations involved.  Throughout the next few years, structure was always around and I learned to respect the boundaries put in place by those structures.  I had to go to Sunday School and Church every Sunday.  Participate in church activities.  Eventually, I did select some electives – band.  I was also involved in the Girl Scouts.

Once I got to college, there was still structure – syllabi provided by the instructors, dormitory rules, and studying locations.  To succeed, I had to respect the rules and expectations presented.

But then life got a little quirky after graduation.  What was I to do now?  To where was I to go?  What were the rules and expectations?  Ohhhh – Get a job.  Get married.  HaveYou followed the rules.

But then life got a little quirky after graduation.  What was I to do now?  To where was I to go?  What were the rules and expectations?  Ohhhh – Get a job.  Get married.  Hav children.  The rules of life.  So, I did those things.  I got married, started a career and had a baby.  I am doing what is expected.  But was this the best thing for me?  In the long run, it did work out – I am now retired and able to celebrate the lives my children are living.

I still must ask the question – did I live the best life, or did I select a life that provided structure around the known.  This is the only way I knew how to live.

Being older provides an opportunity to reflect. Many women wake up one day and realize the structure that guided their entire life is suddenly gone.

The children are grown.

The career may be winding down.

The expectations that once defined our days are no longer there.

And the quiet question begins to appear…“What is my life supposed to look like now?”

As a woman of a certain age, I will now be more daring and remind myself I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.  It’s not over and it’s possible to continue achieving.  I can’t just stop now.

Over the years I’ve learned that reinvention is not about starting over — it’s about building intentionally with the wisdom you now have. Today I help women gain clarity about what their next chapter can look like — spiritually, personally, financially, and physically.

If you are a woman wondering what the next chapter of your life should look like, I invite you to schedule a 30-Minute Reinvention Clarity Call with me.

In this conversation we will explore where you are now and what possibilities may be waiting for you next.

If the next 20 years of your life were intentionally designed by you, what would they look like?

You don't have to figure out your next chapter alone.
